Returns
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards/credits
- On sale items
- Tailor made or bespoke items
To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.
On some occasions, partial refunds are granted on the basis of gift credits (if applicable). Please contact us prior to placing your order.
Refunds
Currently we do not offer any refunds. However, gift credits maybe offered if you have received a faulty product (which might not be the case since we offer you prime quality at all time.) will we process a refund by credits only upon receiving the return of the product in same conditions as you received it.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer a 7-days no questions asked exchange policy for all jewellery except earrings and sale items from the date of receipt which will be in accordance to the tracking information provided by shipment company.
If you wish to proceed with an exchange, please kindly contact us at contact@lycheegallery.com and we will provide you with the full details on how to proceed.
Unfortunately, we will not cover any shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We recommend using a shipping mode that is trackable on your end as we will not be liable for lost packages.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received in its original state as you received it, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves or a third party address prior to giving it to you, we will notify the sender to validate the refund first, refund in gift credits will be issued upon the items is received by us in its original unused state and with all tags attached.
